Payment Policy

Credit card details are required to secure your booking. NO payment of any kind is made for your accommodation with the entry of Credit card details. Payment is made in full, on the date of arrival at the Camp site .
Please Note: One night's accommodation will be charged in the event of a no-show, if no communication with camp site is made.

Sorry, no refund for early departure.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation within 7 days of arrival will be charged 1 night accommodation. Unless discussed with manager.

Child up to 14 years of age

Pet Policy
Our park is Pet-friendly, these conditions apply: If travelling with a small pet , and do not have a cage/area in your vehicle for them to be housed, sorry we cannot supply Cabin/ Motel Accommodation.
In Private Camper vans or Caravans, small pets are allowed, conditions apply
